Return & Refund Policy

At Cleanurk, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your product, subject to the conditions below.

30-Day Returns

The product must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it.
Return the product with its original packaging and accessories where applicable.
Provide your order number and contact information.
The return must be requested within 30 days of delivery.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind, incorrect-order, or other non-defect returns. We recommend a trackable shipping service. Cleanurk is not responsible for return shipments lost or damaged in transit.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Contact chamandir2@cleanurk.com as soon as possible and provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product and packaging where applicable. After review, Cleanurk may offer a replacement, exchange, or refund depending on the circumstances.

Exchanges

Eligible exchanges may be requested within 30 days of receiving the order. Contact chamandir2@cleanurk.com with your order number and requested product. The original product must meet the return conditions.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect a returned product, we will notify you whether the return is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times vary by bank, card issuer, or payment provider. Original shipping charges may not be refundable unless required by law.
